Wednesday July 1 2026

- Maker Graffiti removal test on front of building (acetone) to see if it would remove.
- only small removal, more tests needed.
- Dumpster and compactor switch out.
- Swept and picked up fallen debris in compactor room and slid bags out to dumpster area in alley.
- moved neighbor dumpster with palette jack to make room for ours from placement of Republic
- Swept and picked up bits of trash in parking garage.
- Cleaned out shop vacuum, cleaned filter replaced with internal bag collection
- Vacumed elevator, vacuumed, lobby elevator carpet.
- Vacumed sixth floor surface, baseboards, unit thresholds
- Used scraper and rag to remove many goo blemishes on 6th floor and old mop residue on edges of hallway.
- Hand mopped 6th floor hallway sides, to remove old mop residue (extensive work hands and knees)
- Machine mopped sixth floor hallway including thresholds, moved and returned entry mats

- Vacuumed fifth floor hallway, including under baseboards, extra trapped lint.
- Wiped Windows in Lobby and Foyer of Prints
- Wiped stainless steel trim from lobby pillar
Friday July 3 2026

- switched out dumpster, compactor, and cleaned up fallen debris around compactor.
- Applied extra soaking agent to compactor room.
- Cleaned up garbage around perimeter of building twice.
- Empty all three 64-gallon garage trash cans and replaced liners.
- Machine mopped fifth floor hallway.
- Machine mopped lobby, terrazzo floor.

- Wiped elevator doors, stainless steel, and floors with detergent, both elevators.

- Used vacuum on perimeter of garage to remove leftover cobweb remnants and dust collected in corners and ledges.
- Vacumed west side of upper parking garage, ledge, and wall perimeter all the way to north side, to lobby doorway.
- Dumped 64 gallon trash bags from garage cans and replaced liners.
- Vacuumed and rubber-boomed lobby carpets. Vacuum lobby, including perimeter and floor and wood planks.
- Wash windows in lobby and foyer interior and exterior with detergent soap.
- Hand mopped, foyer, floor, wood planks, and terrazzo, including baseboards and ledges.
Monday July 13 2026

- Switched out the dumpster from the compactor room.
- Cleaned up huge mess from compactor.
- Cleaned up secondary mess from someone throwing open trash and kitty litter down garbage chute.
- Police parking garage area for bits of trash pickup and swept areas on ramp of trash.
- picked up windblown trash and otherwise left in back alley and perpendicular alley and around dumpsters
- picked up trash along perimeter Tucker and Washington Avenue
- Watched windows, lobby, and for your interior exterior.
- Used rubber broom and sticky tape to remove embedded lint debris and fur from lobby threshold carpets.
Wednesday July 15 2026

- switched out the dumpsters from the compactor room.
- Swept and cleaned up multiple messes in the compactor, including several drops occurring while doing dumpster switch out.
- Swept ramp of debris and glass fallen from Dumpster.
- Picked up windblown trash and swept some debris from back alley, including collected sand and dust in front of second parking garage.
- Picked up trash and bits of debris along building perimeter.
- swept curbside tucker area of sand and debris continuously coming off building and through construction dust flow
- washed window glass doors in lobby and foyer interior and exterior
- Vacuumed lobby carpets and floor including wood plank floor and thresholds of elevator
- Vacuumed lobby perimeter and inside both elevators.
- swept parking garage back wall near drain outlet of dust and debris
- Assisted resident removing large plywood from parking space left by construction crew.
- Vacuumed 9th floor perimeter including hallway baseboards over and underneath and floor surface. plus unit thresholds and around carbon mats.
- Inspected fourth floor hallway for build-up dust, cobwebs and debris. So far so good.

- Inspected lobby, carpets refreshed, windows still clean somehow
- Picked up trash along building perimeter
- Put plywood board against dumpster after it was knocked over
- Used long reach pole with webster (duster) to remove cobwebs from parking garage ceiling
- Vacuumed 8th floor hallway, with additional focus on baseboard hidden fuzz debris underneath
- Used pick tool to dislodge lint, debris, objects from underneath baseboard in various areas
- Reorganized some items in janitor closet after issue with storage
Friday July 17 2026

- Cleaned wall with dawn detergent to eliminate oil and water spots
- Second wiping of stainless with windex ammonia
- Used light coat of mineral oil applied with paper towel
- Buffed with microfiber to even out surface prints
- Look improved, still imperfect

- Spread more soaking agent, kitty litter around liquid mess on compactor floor.
- swept glass on bottom of ramp and around outside dumpster area to straighten up
- Picked up bits of trash in parking garage upper level.
- Wiped lobby windows interior and exterior watched with rag.
- Vacuumed upper parking garage, front window area, sill, and wall of spider webs closest to main garage door.
- Used cobweb duster to remove cobwebs from garage level back doorway up to fifth floor also bringing down old paint chips.

- Used rubber broom and sticky tape on Lobby Runner carpet.

- Discussed broken door and non-working waste caddy with maintenance guy Craig.

Thursday July 30 2026
- Picked up trash along perimeter of building including back alley parking lot for wind blown trash
- Emptied front door walkway ashtray cone of most of the garbage and discarded
- washed lobby and foyer windows interior exterior to arms reach level with detergent and microfiber
- Delivered large package to resident on 4th floor from lobby drop off.
- Cleaned back stairwell from first floor landing up to middle, second floor landing, including wiping parts of rail posts. Dusted hand-hand him off to butt not entirely a deep cleaning.
- Prepare to vacuum ninth floor.
