Wednesday July 1 2026
- Dumped lobby and garage trash, replaced liners
- Picked up trash along perimeter of building and parking lot (also some street trash)
- Vacuumed lobby perimeter, and carpets (not extensive)
- Vacuumed elevator floors
- Took down freight elevator pads, replaced in 3rd floor util closet
- Vacuumed 5th floor hallway, thresholds, elevator track, stairwell landings
- Scraped a few goo globs from 5th floor hallway floor
- Scraped goo glob from lobby floor (possibly chewing gum but old)
- Emptied trash from rooftop can, including ash tray of cigarettes, replaced liner
Friday July 3 2026
- Emptied trash cans in lobby and parking garage, replaced liners
- Cleared extra garbage from front sidewalk can
- Picked up fallen trash around dumpster in lower alley
- Picked up bits of trash in lower parking garage
- Vacuumed elevator
- Vacuumed lobby
- Wiped lobby glass table
- Wiped windows in front door and exterior sills
- Cleaned some debris off lobby entry carpets (most were just replaced)
- Vacuumed 6th floor hallway
Monday July 6 2026
- Empty garage and lobby trash cans replaced liners.
- Vaccumed both elevators, perimeter and floor surface.
- Rubber-boomed garage runner carpet and vacuumed debris.
- Cleaned out rooftop trash can and replaced with fresh liner took contents down to discard
- Vacuumed lobby floor and carpets.
- Vacuined seventh floor hallway, including stairwell landings and unit thresholds.
- Vacuined eighth floor hallway, including stairwell landings and unit thresholds.
Wednesday July 8 2026

- Emptied lobby trash, replaced liner
- Picked up extra trash, front of building, windblown and some can trash, put in dumpster
- Used blower on front stairs and around sidewalk to send plant debris down the street
- Picked up trash in front of building

- Used rubber broom and some sticky tape on garage runner carpet
- Used rubber broom and vacuum on lobby carpets
- Vacuumed threshold doormat for marketing agency
- Vacuumed up some cobwebs in lobby side entrance
- Vacuumed some in main stairwell landing (pet hair partial)

- Printed signage for tile repair next week

Monday July 13 2026
- Empty trash from parking garage and lobby receptacles and replaced liners
- Walked a building perimeter and picked up trash and threw bags in dumpster.
- Vacuumed lobby and used rubber broom to acquire hidden bits of debris and lobby to vacuum up.
- Rubber broomed, lobby carpets and vacuumed debris and trapped fur and the lint.
- Wiped lobby table glass and lobby main door glass interior and exterior
- brushed off debris collected on ledges at front door on windowsill and lower trim ledges.
- Vacuum stairwell landing going down to lower parking garage of dead bugs for and other brick and sand dust
- Vacuumed threshold from stairwell to parking garage and around elevator threshold including debris on elevator threshold rubber mats.
- Vacuumed areas in lower parking garage around some pillars, including main corner pillar near ramp.
- Vacumed landing to other stairwell from garage, picking up paint chips and other debris that goes to stairwell near a lower parking garage door.
Wednesday July 15 2026
- Emptied lobby and garage receptacles, replaced can liners
- Re-locked 3rd floor low voltage room, took away trash boxes (old bulbs & door lock boxes)
- Brought large heavy sofa delivered box up to 412 to help resident using dolly on freight elevator
- Picked trash from front sidewalk to toss with partial bags, creating space
- Picked up wind-blown trash on front street, walked perimeter picking up trash
- Vacuumed lobby floor and lobby perimeter, elevator thresholds
- Vacuumed elevators (2) surface and corners of dog hair
- Vacuumed elevator track, both elevators to every floor, 1-8
- Vacuumed 8th floor hallway perimeter and both stairwell landings in reach
- PIcked up bits of trash, lower parking garage
- Vacuumed upper parking garage partial perimeter and a couple pillars of old dust and debris
Friday July 17 2026
- Empty lobby and garage receptacles and replaced liners.

- It took photographs of keys in the third floor utility room.

- Carry packages to units on 7th and 8th floors.

- Used weed trimmer on weeds in upper alleyway (string ran out after east side wall and partial west wall)

- Used windex, and wiped elevator door stainless with microfiber pad to remove spots and residue
- Mopped elevator floors
- Vacuumed part of upper garage with shopvac picking up debris
- Vacuumed second floor hallway, elevator landing & track, unit thresholds and both stairwell landings in hose reach
- Machine mopped second floor hallway
- Vacuumed 2nd floor hallway and stairwell landings
- Machine-mopped 2nd floor surface and thresholds, moving unit carpets, (did not move furniture or plants).
Friday July 31 2026
- Emptied trash cans in upper garage and lobby and replaced liners
- Picked up some articles of trash on front exterior, inspected down perimeter saw no trash
- Deposited trash bag in dumpster
- Vacuumed lobby perimeter, partial surface of small visible bits (carpets looked fine)
- Vacuumed elevators (both)
- Vacuumed 4th floor Hallway perimeter, unit thresholds, some entry mats, elevator threshold and stairwell landings in reach
- Vacuumed 5th floor hallway perimeter, unit thresholds, some entry mats, elevator threshold and stairwell landings in reach
Monday August 3 2026
- Empty trash cans in lobby and garage and replaced liners.
- Picked up trash in front of building, walked perimeter to alley and discarded.
- Vacuumed main stairwell from first floor to third floor.
- Vacuumed sixth and seventh floor.
- Vacuumed elevators.
- Machine-mopped elevator and fourth floor surface.
- Vacuumed lobby floor in various areas.
- Used rubber broom on runner carpets and lobby and vacuumed up trapped lint and fur.
